I get a LOT of email at work, so while I pretty religiously clean my inbox on a daily basis, Monday morning tends to be the time when I clean up any remainders from the previous week. My logic is that if it's been sitting around for a week it either needs to get filed away or deleted because it wasn't important enough for me to act on right away. Why I don't delete some of this stuff right off the bat, I have no idea.
Example (our security guard warning us about rain in case people left their car windows open ... because it's friggin' hot in Austin):
